Tie a rope to wooden stakes to mark the place where the wooden fence of the panel will be installed. Keep the cedar fence panels well within your property line. Use a tape measure to measure where to set the line poles. Mark your location with additional stakes. Adjust the fence line as necessary to obtain panels of the same length. Use a drill to dig the pole holes along the line of the chain.

Make the vinyl fencing panels holes deep enough to prevent messages from rising from the ground during periods of freezing and thawing time. Plan on the configuration of 1/3 of the length of the post in the ground. Dig the loose dirt with a couple of runners. Place some loose gravel at the bottom of the pole hole. Set the message on top of the gravel in the hole.
